Nearly Irredeemable

Nearly Irredeemable
by dan ankers

Unrelenting Circumvention
Where is this,
my fifth dimension?

I circumvent
to ease the tension
Place inside
I hide
Don’t mention

Where you ask?
Is this recession
Do I locate
where flesh may
Stand?

Or am I apart,
for the most part,
in another land?

Never ask
to see credentials
Would you ask the elements?
Only walk where you may wander
Follow wayward
Filaments

Seek to seek
and find to lose
Ask to know
and know to choose
Choose to be
and be to ask
Seek to always
Ever last

And when the world falls down
upon your weary head
Escape the wreckage of those
Dubious Flames

Deep inside you
In your quiet fifth dimension
Where there can be no
Stupid names
