Fragility
By dan ankers
A woman did not ask to be as she was
She simply was
Like water droplets rolling down a lily leaf
They did not ask to be relief
She simply was
They simply ARE
These women
We are given
For relief
These droplets rolling
Down the arches of her spine
To settle on her buttocks
Oh such comfort
And
Such sweetly meaning words
Rolling like teardrops from her pursed lips
Always tender and so honest
Never daring to be
Whips
And never wanting for a moment
To assume such bad relations
Really begging for some quiet and
A little bit of
Sleep
A hand to touch, tender
A quiet, honest moment, pleasant
And a morning
Only lovers
Only love
Atop a big white bed
All she wishes
Serving kisses
Upon her gentle lover’s
head
