Take a Breath
By dan ankers
Who says what time has elapsed?
Was it an hour, or a moment, while I was taking a nap?
Punctuality tells time to get a grip, as if it were a servant to any of that shit
The nature of time
Is a plate of infinity
For however you eat it
You could never repeat it
And the way that you ate it
Is illusorily fated
As are all of our moments
A matter of fact.
Just take a deep breath, and enjoy that hit
And savor the essence, and inhale life
And learn to trust with all you are
The flooding rush of conscious light
And learn to see
Within the dark
That consciousness streams, wave after wave
And so does time, in similar fashion
In oddest means
It does behave
Can
You trap particles of time?
You think you can, and it works fine
But as you take a second glance
Your thoroughness broke that romance
But all is good
Please do not
Suffer
Their really is
No three alarm
And all Exists
Confounds
And Baffles
Though to that end
Comes no real harm
And when it is seen for what it is
The space between the breaths you’re taking
Becomes a personal obsession
Come play with time and edifice shaping
Joyful when the ego slips
And with it goes the myth of three dimensions
And all is laughter
And all is solemn
And all is nothing
All's invention
