A Speck
by dan ankers
I am a speck that matters a lot to a few
as with most of us, who are loved by a bevy of groups
We matter so much
We do
We Specks on the lenses of time to be wiped
we mattered while we were there the the lovely ones and the growns and the tykes
Never could we make it make sense in mathematical terms, we germs
we earn our spot on earth by being birthed.and then learned proper in them schools, following
them there rules, which are largely a pile of nonsenses as we shall see
and not to mention pecking order, or disorder as it were. They set us up there to thrive and to fail
only to be better off when we avail our own tree
Family is...whoever will give unto the root, which is the source of all life
really. we find it
divine it
this root
so simple, and yet it yields us very few answers
