with pouty looks and clever plays

She is at best, so full of heart

so as to make, loving an art

although she does

not choose to display

this particular trend

storefront

Each and every day

With jabs and grins, she’ll lure you in

a clever yarn or two she’ll spin

And while we’re on the subject of cleverness

her grasp of things is elegant

her understandings; relevant

and her discourse runs the race;

Intelligent

She is woman now

Unique

with a gold and sequined streak

Is that glitter on your cheek

or

did a fairy spring a leak?

She’s prideful,

passionate,

smart,

Loving

and Unbound

She is my fair complected friend

and I’m glad

that from upstairs

she did come down
